Underground Mining Expertise
Underground mining demands precision, planning, and an uncompromising commitment to safety. With more than 20 years of delivery across uranium, potash, open-pit and hard‑rock mines, we specialize in paste fill systems, super‑deep borehole piping, freeze plants, shaft infrastructure, and underground construction support—delivered safely, on schedule, and to spec.
Safety‑first & proactive Incident‑free delivery 20+ years’ experienceCore Capabilities
- High‑pressure paste backfill systems — installation & commissioning of paste plants, buffer tanks, and distribution lines.
- Super‑deep borehole piping — continuous welded heavy‑wall runs exceeding 1000 ft with full QA/QC controls.
- High-pressure piping & complex mechanical systems — certified and experienced multi-disciplinary team of experts to facilitate the construction and installation of complex mechanical systems.
- Freeze distribution & utilities — freeze lines, dewatering, ventilation, and mine services infrastructure.
- Shaft infrastructure & rehabilitation — hoisting systems, shaft piping, winches, electrical; new builds & complex rehabs.
- Ore & rock handling systems — rock grizzlies, crushers, loading pockets, apron feeders, conveyors, chutes.
- Mine development & construction support — structural, mechanical, and electrical support for new headings/tunnels.
- Complex underground civil construction — bulkhead walls, vent work, vent‑on‑demand systems, sumps, pumps, MCCs, shafts, and all aspects of UG infrastructure.
- Decommissioning & remediation — safe dismantling, demolition, and rehabilitation of underground systems.
Safety First — Proactive, Not Reactive
We plan first and execute second—never the other way around. Scopes are scheduled to avoid rushed conditions. Hazards are eliminated upfront through structured JHAs, controls, and disciplined supervision. Crews are empowered to stop work when conditions aren’t right. Safe work is successful work.
Proven Project Experience
