Indigenous Engagement & Partnerships
Indigenous collaboration is a core pillar of our company. We build respectful, long‑term relationships with First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities across Canada, working both on and off Treaty lands. Our approach focuses on local participation, training, and lasting economic benefit—embedded from planning through execution and closeout.

Our Approach
At Coastal Mining & Mechanical Solutions Ltd., our approach is grounded in collaboration, inclusivity, and cultural awareness. We understand that every community brings unique histories, priorities, and challenges, and we tailor our engagement to reflect those realities. By listening first and involving communities in decision-making, we ensure that our work supports both project goals and community aspirations.
Our teams are accustomed to working in remote areas and alongside Indigenous partners across Canada. We prioritize respectful communication, cultural awareness training, and proactive engagement so that projects are delivered in a way that strengthens relationships as much as infrastructure.
